E-time will take part in **FORUM PA 2025**, scheduled **from May 19 to 21** at the **Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome**. This event is the most important national event focused on the **modernization of Public Administration**, and this year’s theme will be “Towards an Augmented Public Administration: People, Technologies, Relationships.”

E-time will showcase a selection of solutions from its portfolio, including **Rexpondo**, a Ticketing and ITSM software, designed to support both private companies and public institutions in their **digital transformation** journey.

## Register for the May 20 Seminar!







In addition to its presence in the exhibition area, E-time will host a **seminar** on **May 20 at 12:30 PM in Room 4**, titled: **“AI Agents at the Service of Citizens: The AIFA Case Study.”**
This session will explore how **AI Agents** can enhance communication with citizens by providing timely, tailored, and reliable responses.
