  • LOCATION AND MODALITY The course is online or in a classroom, in your company or an appropriate alternative structure.
  • Lenght 8 hours.
  • MATERIAL REQUESTED Each participant must have their own laptop with a web browser installed and (preferably Google Chrome).

 This course is aimed at all ((OTRS)) Community Edition users. As well as basic points regarding the use of the Helpdesk, the participants will learn how ((OTRS)) Community Edition functions, from the agent interface to workflows and maps regarding the life cycle of a ticket, using practical examples.
 The client interface and its functions will also be explained.

A good knowledge of a web browser and email client.

At the end of the course, the participant will be able to use ((OTRS)) Community Edition autonomously based on their own requirements.
