Below, we present the main updates recently introduced in the new version 12.2.0.
Customer Portal Updates: Service Translations
Within the Customer Portal, it is now possible to translate service names, allowing users to view them clearly and immediately in their preferred language for a more intuitive and personalized experience.
Translations can be managed independently using the Translation Management tool introduced previously. Currently, this feature is available only in the Customer Portal.
Agent Portal Updates
Updated Subqueue View
In the Agent Portal, within the queue view, it is now possible to view subqueues more clearly and efficiently, thanks to a tree-style dropdown menu that organizes them intuitively and simplifies selection. This new layout allows users to manage queues more effectively and quickly find the information they need.
User Preferences Migration
In Rexpondo version 12.2.0, as part of the ongoing process of interface improvement, user preferences have been fully migrated to the new UI, providing a more personalized, consistent experience aligned with the modern visual design of the software, and making navigation and daily use of the platform easier.

- Critical: avoid deleting ticket attachments older than 60 days during follow-up.
