Commitment to accessibility
E-time is committed to ensuring that its digital products and services are accessible to as many people as possible, without discrimination, in accordance with the principles of equality, inclusion, and digital participation.
This commitment is aligned with European and national accessibility regulations, in particular:
- Directive (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act, applicable from June 28, 2025;
- Technical standard EN 301 549 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA.
Compliance status
This commitment to accessibility applies to both parts of Rexpondo — the Customer Portal and the Agent Portal (including the administration interface) — starting from version 2.3.0.
E-time has initiated a progressive compliance plan that includes:
- Technical analysis and accessibility audit of its digital services; Remediation activities to correct non-compliant elements;
- Updating interfaces and content according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines;
- Internal training for development, design, and communication teams on the principles of accessibility by design.
Accessibility limitations
Some sections or features of Rexpondo 12 are not yet fully accessible. The main known limitations include:
- the presence of some graphic elements or icons without alternative text;
- the lack of “skip link” shortcuts to bypass repetitive sections;
- some settings not yet optimized for use with assistive technologies;
- these non-compliances are being addressed and will be progressively resolved in upcoming releases.
